
Koytendag is a city located in the Lebap Region of Turkmenistan. It is the administrative center of the Koytendag Etrap. The city is situated near the bank of the Amu Darya River. The settlement has the Charshangy railway station.

Darvaza — is a crater with burning natural gas, approximately 60 meters in diameter and about 20 meters deep, located in the Karakum Desert, 90 km from the village of Erbent in the Dashoguz Region of Turkmenistan. Local residents and travelers call it the “Door to Hell” or the “Gates of Hell.”
