Koytendag is a city located in the Lebap Region of Turkmenistan. It is the administrative center of the Koytendag Etrap. The city is situated near the bank of the Amu Darya River. The settlement has the Charshangy railway station.
Kow-Ata (Baharly underground lake, Baharden Lake) is a natural underground lake. Its name, translated from Turkmen, means “Father of Caves.” It is located in the territory of Turkmenistan, in the Baharden Cave, about 100 kilometers from Ashgabat.
